Coloring the tooltip headers makes oversight a lot easier!

You will be able to do context-related actions like quickly skip maintenance (for a fee) or get rid of mutated trees by hold-pressing the tile.

You can set up Scrubbers to get rid of surrounding pollution, especially useful in industrial zones.

I am conflicted in terms of the design implications, because currently you work as the grid operator, and now you may also have to participate in cleaning up others' pollution!
